Ingredients:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Shuck and drainclams and set aside. In a saute pan, combine melted butter, lemon juice, and hot pepper sauce over medium heat. Add onions and green and red peppers and saute until tender. Then add crushed crackers and mix until thoroughly combined. Spoon a small amount of mixture on top of littlenecks and then top with a piece of bacon. Bake for about 10 minutes, or until bacon is crispy.
Mouth-Watering Baked Trout
Ingredients:
1 cookie sheet, tin foil, olive oil, 2lbs trout fillets, and McCormick's Roasted Herb and Garlic dry rub, and 2 cups of fresh veggies (we use onions, green peppers, tomatoes, squash, & zucchini.
Directions:
~ cover your cookie sheet with the tin foil and drizzle olive oil over the foil.
~ lay the fillets out on the foil and the drizzle them with olive oil then coat both sides of the fillets with the dry rub.
~ cut veggies to bite-size and season them with salt, pepper, & lemon juice then sprinkle over fillets.
~ seal cookie sheet with another piece of tin foil.
~ bake at 400 for 20 minutes.
